In my opinion the adoption of an ordinance which will reign in short term rentals is needed.
Eliminating the use for vacation rentals of properties which are suitable for housing familiesand individuals is certainly preferable to continuing to destroy our city and surrounding habitat
with the further building of ugly, and still unaffordable, apartment complexes, I think also thatdistinguishing between owner occupied rentals and absent owner rentals is an essential part of
addressing this issue.Eileen Hosking
