This I never would have thought financially possible. As a stay at home mom of three I had spent a good part of my adult life caring for others and found that being a host was something I was very good at and really enjoyed. It also helped me gain the confidence and cash flow I needed to pay for classes and become a professional who now helps others immensely with their health care needs as well as managing my STR. Our home is a delight to those traveling to visit their children at MSU and have a home cooked meal with their child and spend quality time together as a family. Many guests are coming to Bozeman to spend time together and greatly enjoy the STR experience VS spending time in over priced hotels that cannot offer the same experience. This would not be possible without STRs. If my home was not rented as an STR it would likely house 4 college students who would be much harder on our home and the neighborhood. I guarantee that my guests are much better behaved than most renters. In 6 years I have never had a guest who has been asked to leave. The care I take to upkeep my STR including the yard and sidewalks is much more than when I lived there. This is a benefit to the neighbors and neighborhood. STRs are a lot of work and not profitable for everyone. In order to make a profit you must put a lot of love, time and energy into them. This is something to be proud to have in your town and neighborhood as it is an asset in so many ways to the community and it’s owners. Thank you. Kindly, Pele Pasquesi Sent from my iPhone
