You need to stop selling out what "used" to be a wonderful community to money hungry
developers such as Andy Holloran. I have yet to see actual "affordable" housing so our youngpeople that were born and raised in Bozeman could afford to stay. The middle class are
suffering as well. Only the wealthy will be able to survive and certainly will not be in theservice work force.
Affordable housing is possible if you develop mobile home parks. The city sold out one park,
maybe more, but they fit in much better than the blight of the trashy campers, etc. on citystreets. How did you let it get so out of hand?? I have driven around Belgrade and saw nothing
like what we have here. Maybe you should check with them to see how they handle it.
Maybe the zoning changes should be voted on by those that live in the city.Something to think about.
