I purchased by home in R-1 zoning for the protection it allowed. I have invested money sweat and tears in this property. This zoning will eliminate my value and also ruin the character of Bozeman. I have have submitted questions to the board on this with no response (1) How do we STOP the proposed zoning change? (2) What is procedure and contact information to initiate? (3) Can the city of Bozeman reimburse us for the lost value of our property we may incur? The planning committee does not seem like they are interested in our views, questions or opinions and are going to do want they want!
