Hi Tom and Chris- I noticed on the zone map change tool that the South Range Crossing (SE corner of 19th and Graf) and the South Range Crossing – North (NE corner of 19th and Graf) are both designated as RA in the zone map update. The South Range Crossing property is zoned REMU and would like to petition the South Range Crossing – North property to REMU and B2M. The GPA application is currently in review as 23063 to allow the B2M zoning along 19th. Please let me know what additional information you need from me to petition the requested zoning for the zone map update.
