City of Bozeman Zoning changes. The proposed zoning changes are all encompassing for the citizens of Bozeman
City. Any changes to the city of this magnitude should always be brought up for citizen vote. I am very much against
this change. 1- We have poor streets and infrastructure to handle what is planned. 2 -The integrity of our different
residential neighbor hoods will be lost. 3 -Many citizens are aware that it will be developers who will buy individual
homes to tear down and build larger, higher volume structures. 4 -From what has been built on the north side,
these structures will not have varied or interesting architecture. No green space, set back / more traffic/ parking/
snow removal problems. 5-These newer structures will also be non affordable to most of Bozeman older neighbor
hood residents. Increase in noise, trash, etc. decreased property values.***name of the advising company? Total
cost to the tax payers-??
