Ref: Ord 2147 While 50% of MT Medicaid recipients are being disenrolled making vital Rx meds less available, don't
enact laws to require people to move their homes. Housing is a right. For some, a camper is a respectable solution.
It's clear the greatest impact is along transportation lines because many need access to a bus to get to and from
work and services that allow them to improve an economically fragile life. Don't make it illegal to be unhoused.
Adopt HRDC's recommendations at least.
