This new proposed ordinance to address neighbors without permanent homes will be damaging and cause harm to
them needlessly and unproductively. It will also encourage them to make poor choices that might harm the
community. The Bozeman Tenants Union has a good write up on what this community is asking for and what might
help them. Please listen to your constituents and community org partners.
