As stated below, a previous submittal stated that the subdivision already dedicated adequate parkland. I attached the first page of the staff report and the page that states that "The parkland dedication for this proposal has been satisfied during the review of the Cattail Creek Subdivision. Nothing showed on the (internal only) mapping layer of CILP paid but that is only reliable for more recent site plans, which is why it's not a publicly available layer. I don't, I requested everything from the City Clerk over a month ago but have not received anything back. I miss the days where they let me grab a box from the file room and look through it.... Looking through old aerials, it looks like there was one building constructed as recent as 2012, but a previous building that was constructed prior to 2009. Jeremy May, P.E. The project is the Urban Villa Condos on Lot 3A , Block 2, Ph3 of the Amended Cattail Creek Subdivision (J-415-A). There were 16 units previously constructed, but the approved plan showed a full build-out of 41 units. I am looking to see if any of the Cattail Creek Park Land was utilized for the existing 16 units or if any cash in lieu of parkland was paid. Thanks! Jeremy May, P.E.
