Your calculus looks good. There is 2.428 ac- credit associated with the property so no CILWR fee is required, a ached is the documenta on. Do you
have a site plan applica on number yet?

Can you check the records to see how much water was purchased for Lot 3, Block 21 of Phase 3 of Cattail Creek Subdivision and verify our proposed
usage calculations below? The parcel is zoned R-3.
Proposed Use:
10 multi-family residential units on 0.555 acres
10 units x 0.124 acre-ft/unit = 1.24 acre-ft
9400 SF irrigation at 24"/yr = 0.43 acre-ft
Total = 1.24 + 0.43 = 1.67 acre-ft
