Here are the following lots per zoning:
R-1= 38 lots
R-2 = 2 lots 4 units
R-3 = 18 lots 158 units
RSL(R-O) = 2 lots 36 units
R-O = 2 lots 64 units
M-1 = 4 lots
M-1 area from below is net area (no streets)

I need the # of lots per zoning for the R-1, R-2 and R-3 areas, as well as the number of
UNITS that could be constructed for all multi-family lots (ie R-2, R-3 and R-O) .
Typically, that would be determined based on the area of each lot. If you don't know
that, we'll assume the maximum number of units per lot. Also, is the M-1 area shown net
(no
roads) or gross (including public streets?)

We need to get the water rights calculation so Sandan can pay the fees for the cash-in-
lieu required for Cattail Creek Phase III. Following is the break out of areas of lots
per zoning:
R-1=337, 183 square feet =7.74062 .acres /
R-2=22, 309 square feet =0.51214�acres� ✓
R-3 = 499, 646 square feet =11.47024✓✓acres R-O (RSL) = 108, 010 square feet= 2 .47955 acres
R-0=106,266 square feet = 2 .4395 acres
M-1= 321830 square feet =7.38817 acres
