RE: Opposition to the approval of Project 22047
Dear elected officials, We have lived in Bozeman for 48 years, residents of Sundance Springs for the last eight
years. We chose to build our home in Sundance Springs as a quiet, safe, low trafficneighborhood with exacting protective covenants, established in 1996, which have maintained
the intended life style. We understood that these covenants applied to the adjacent commercialproperties as well.
As proposed, Project 22047 completely disregards many of the guidelines and covenants asestablished 27 years ago including:
Intended neighborhood services Outdoor activities
Two buildings on lot 2 Misuse of adjacent trails
Expanse and design compatible with residential character of the neighborhood.
Project 22047, as approved by the Community Development Division, would also create asignificant safety issue for our neighborhood as traffic would increase significantly on many
streets, and off site parking would spill onto nearby streets, not designed or intended forparking.
For the foregoing observations, along with many of our neighbors we, request that the CityOVERTURN the approval of Project 22047.
Respectfully submitted.
