I urge the city commission to vote NO on ordinance 2147. It is a nothing more than a band-aid for the actual
problems facing Bozeman. Even if the commission votes to "soften" the language or reduce penalties and fines, it is
still an ordinance that accomplishes nothing but additional policing on the most vulnerable members of our
community. I don't see how that helps anyone.
