Since Bozeman has allowed (yes, allowed) housing to become obscenely unaffordable, many of our neighbors have
fallen on hard times. Anti-Homeless Ordinance 2147 penalizes unhoused residents by forcing them to move their
camper/car/tent every 5 days + fining them $100/day they can't move. This is inhumane. Instead, Bozeman needs
resources like affordable housing, public campgrounds, and areas to park trailers, and protections for tenants facing
unjust eviction.
