Ordnance 2147 should not be passed. Criminalizing the homeless is ignoring the actual problem, the fact that
Bozeman caters to the wealthy at the expense of the common person. If this ordnance is passed bozeman is
signaling to those who demonizing the homeless that their messages of hate will work. Be better Bozeman.
