While I understand why this was made it will not address the issue. I propose taking the funding that would be put
into these efforts and putting them towards fixing the problem. For example giving the urban campers what they
need like housing vouchers, food vouchers, clothing, employment. Bozeman has more than enough money to
address this issue properly. Fix the issue, do not sweep it under the rug.
