Vote no on the anti-homelessness bill. All of the issues being fought over such as zoning, short term rental &
homelessness come down to the exorbitant cost of renting or owning in Bozeman. This is complicated and hard but
it needs different solutions than chasing homeless folks around the county, while the developers add more and
more luxury condos to the skyline, which the owners Airbnb to tourists. My neighbors rent went from $900 to
$4000 a month in three years. Work on that problem!
