Please do not approve Ord.2147, which requires people to move their camper, car, tent, etc. every 5 days or be
fined $100 per day. I sympathize with nearby property owners who don't want campers, but the fines seem
especially useless because campers can't afford them. Can we find a vacant lot for the campers and raise money
through HRDC or Walmart for portable toilets, security guards, and garbage service? Perhaps something similar to
this CA nonprofit: https://www.latimes.com/calif
