I would encourage folks to consider WHO this Ordinance affects and HOW it affects them. This proposed Ordinance
puts the burden of navigating housing in Bozeman directly on the people for whom it is already challenging -
unhoused Bozemanites. It shouldn't be on them to solve this problem. It should be up to the City Commission to
develop solutions that work with Bozemanites and for Bozemanites. This Ordinance avoids the true challenges faced
by the city of Bozeman - find solutions not scapegoats
