Please do not pass your ordinance. It needs a total re-write. The 5 day rule is not enforceable
and does nothing.
Trailers nees to be registered w the city, numbered, pay a fee to offset clean up costs, have acurrent registration and proof of insurance. This is the only way to track if they have been
moved.
The fee charged to register the trailer ($250 annually) will be used to pay for costs to the taxpayer.
Additionally, how are you planning to mitigate/cleanup all the waste/septic dumped on city
and private land?
