I urge you to vote no on the Homless bill. Most of the unhoused are hard working, law abiding Bozeman residents.
Some work two or three jobs and still cannot afford to rent in Bozeman. This problem of high rents has been
developing for years and will not be solved by this bill. Other means must be developed to deal with the chronic
homeless whose issues are more than just high rent. Everyone in the United States is entitled to safe, reasonable
housing.
