No on ordinance 2147. Bozeman should be working to provide evidence based and compassionate responses to
address the housing crisis, not compound the already formidable barriers people face to finding shelter. This
response harms bozeman residents doing their best to care for themselves and their families in the midst of very
difficult circumstances. This ordinance signals that unhoused people are unwanted, instead of valuable members of
the community deserving of respect, support, and dignity.
