To whom it may concern: I am unable to attend the meeting tomorrow night and comment on Ordinance 2147.
Please take this letter as my comment. I wholeheartedly OPPOSE this ordinance. We have a severe lack of affordable
housing and to punish those most vulnerable (not to mention spend tax dollars on enforcing a ridiculous "solution")
is at best virtue signaling to those who are angry at the unhoused community - at worst a criminalization for being
poor. Please consider our humanity. K. Laird
