Hello, I have been passing what I consider, and others also consider a "lewd" painting outside of the Erotique Adult Boutique for some
time now. I kept thinking that surely the city is doing something about this pornography on the main street. I'm not sure how it would be
allowed to paint a naked mans bare rear end with A## Less chaps or whatever is going on there onto the outside of a business on our
downtown streets. How was this allowed? Who approved it? If it was not approved, what is being done to remove it? If I need to file some
kind of formal complaint with someone I certainly will. I can't believe I'm even having to write this in the first place. What is happening to
