RE. Ordinance 2147: There should be no fines/penalties assessed on these public park campers until such a time as
there are reasonable alternatives. Until the city has a designated location for house-less campers to go to, the in-
town areas should have dumpsters and portapots and light patrolling for criminal activity, noise or trash
interference. A designated representative from HRDC who offers pathways towards assistance would help and BZN
should be prioritizing affordability above all.
