I am in strong opposition to this ordinance. I am a co-owner in a local painting company and we recently hired an
employee who is a victim of the current housing crisis and is living in their car due to rent spikes. The "urban
campers" are majority working people who can no longer afford to live here. How could displacing community
members possibly work to solve the real crisis? The City needs to use its funding to generate housing, not to harass
those most affected by our current housing crisis
