There are more humane options than Ordinance 2147. Removing homeless people by force puts them in a place of
extreme vulnerability. They’re already trying to survive as is, and this will only make it harder. I hope we go with the
more ethical solutions, like increasing hours at the current shelter and providing more transitional housing.
