I do not support Ordinance 2147. The focus is punitive rather than on finding a way to handle the affordable housing
shortage. At minimum, changes should be made based on HRDC's suggestions: clean and compliant areas allowed to
remain, green zones provided with dumpsters and portapotties, checking vehicle mobility rather than regular forced
relocation, and funding to provide more housing options.
