City Commissioners, I am writing to express our disbelief of the current Urban Camper situation in Bozeman. Spoke with a previous colleague on 9/16/203 that lives in the Poconos of Pennsylvania. His first comment to me was "what is going on with the urban campers in Bozeman." My point is, we are gaining national attention in this matter. Is this the reputation we desire asa community (come to Bozeman with your camper, you are welcome). Is Bozeman on track to be the next Seattle or Portland...looks to be. My wife and I, as well as other concerned citizens of Bozeman have two options ifUrban Campers are not removed. 1) Take our concerns to the voting process (as Dane Fletcher mentioned) and place individuals in office that have the same views as all Bozeman residences, which is abolishUrban Campers 2) If the voting process fails, move to another community. I'm confident that many Bozeman residences are having this same thought if Urban Camping is not handled in a swift andcommanding manner. The Option of moving to another community was never a thought or a plan for us, until now. We want to continue to live our retirement years in Bozeman whilepatronizing our local businesses 3-4 nights a week In closing, I truly believe if the Urban Camping situation is not abolished, it will be the demise for the future of Bozeman. Let's keep our city a place that responsible individuals across thecountry are attracted to live. Concerned citizens of Bozeman, Jim and Kim Kalkowski 5435 Annie Street
