As a resident of Bozeman, I believe Ordinance 2147 poses a threat to the rights of the less fortunate. Rather than
providing much-needed aid to the city's homeless population, this ordinance intends to target them, prosecuting
the homeless for a made-up crime they have little means of controlling; a crime against the aesthetic pleasure of
wealthy tourists from Texas and California, whose interests are clearly more important to the city than those of it
own residents.
