"I am in strong opposition to this ordinance. Everyone is in agreeance that Bozeman is in a housing crisis. We have a
clear lack of sanitary and safe housing, existing funds need to be utilized for the creation of housing, not sweeps. A
petition for a Housing Authority was submitted weeks ago and the City has done nothing to address this. The City
needs to step up and lead the way on real housing solutions, not make it legal to disturb those most affected by the
ongoing and worsening crisis."
