I urge you to vote No on Ordinance 2147. There have to be more creative ways to deal with
this issue. I do not pretend to have all of the answers, but could City land be adapted to servethe present role of public streets---at least until there are other better ideas? Have we surveyed
those that are living in campers on our streets? I have the impression that many are working inour City, but cannot find a reasonably priced place to live. If that impression is right, there has
to be another solution.
