To my city, the city of Bozeman, Please reconsider ordinance 2147. It is worded vaguely, treats people as means to
an end, and is rooted in exclusion. It will add another layer of brutality to the experience of our population’s most
vulnerable because the space they are occupying is an inconvenience for some of Bozeman's more privileged.
Ordinance 2147 is a reaction to the difficult consequences of rapid change and not a solution. Thank you and may
