City Commissioners,
I would encourage more education and public comment/input on such wide-sweeping zoning
changes to Bozeman so that each neighborhood and part of Bozeman has some time tounderstand the implications and changes of zoning to their neighborhoods.
HIgh density housing options in MOST of the Valley doesnt seem to be great planning and I
would think the city would take efforts to gather more public input.
I am particularly concerned about the chunk of City and private land that is to the West ofHarvest Creek neighborhood and is NOT included in the zoning maps. This property and it's
future would have severe impacts to my own home value, and enjoyment of my space andwould severely impact wildlife and bird life in what is one of the few remaining green space
pockets in this city.
Can anyone clarify for me how these zoning changes might impact that parcel of land andpossible future uses of the City-owned land there?
Thank you,
Kristen Tripp
