I live next to Bogert Park. I am so excited to see all the wonderful plans to improve the trail system and bike systems
of Bozeman.
We see the benefit of the Pickle ball courts everyday. Happy faces from every aspect of life in Bozeman. We love
Living next to Bogert park and have seen such a vibrant change with the courts and the improvement of the creek.
And the bridge. Way to go!!!
I have a question and input about a flow track/ skate park in town. It’s such a great meeting place for people of all
ages. Had there been any talk about installing a flow track or new skate park in town.
BYEP had installed the wonderful mini park downtown and it has seen such a positive involvement of the
community and has been a safe meeting spot for many youth after school.
The old one off of 19th needs some improvements and modernization. Honestly it’s an advanced park that
discourages intro level skaters and families.
Big sky has their wonderful park that they worked with the famous evergreen skate parks! People come from all
over to skate their incredible park.
I am an art educator in town and the kids want to see more skate parks and flow tracks. We have a group of kids
wanting to raise money for one and I have talked to some foundations about possible donations. Would the city be
interested in fundraising for something like this?
Bogert park would be a great spot for a flow track (between the pickle ball and pavilion? Or over by the climbing
wall off the galligator trail/ next to the community gardens). Something simple and accessible.
Is there a community fund that goes towards the improvements of the current skate park? Are their any fundraising
efforts already in place for new skate park/ flow tracks.
