Hello,
I am writing to express my disapproval of the suggested development codes for the city.
I live on N. Tracy, in a house built in 1872, and do not want my neighborhood changed into 24 unit complexes per
lot!
Your intention of infill to reduce housing costs does not work in reducing home prices. Nor does the city have the
current capacity to manage what they have, let alone adding more to your plate.
I think there should be a moratorium on building, until the city can catch up. and service what it already has.
