Consider the Motion: I move to accept Consent items 1-9 as submitted.
I. Public Comment This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City
Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment
relating to that item but you may only speak once per topic. Please note, the City Commission
cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing
the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience
shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice

K.1 Resolution 5526, Confirming the Revised Scope of Work for Kagy Boulevard (Ross)
Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, public comment, and all
information presented, I hereby move to approve Resolution 5526, Confirming the Revised Scope of
Work for Kagy Boulevard
K.2 Preliminary Plat for the Aaker Phase 1 Major Subdivision at the northwest corner of
South 19th Avenue and Stucky Road, Application 22311 (Quasi-Judicial)(Montana)
Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials,
public comment, Planning Board recommendation, and all the information presented, I hereby
adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 22311 and move to approve the
Aaker Phase 1 Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat with conditions and subject to all applicable code
provisions and approve the two subdivision variance requests detailed in Section 2 of the staff
report.
K.3 Public Hearing on Resolution 5505 - Resolution Approving the Lumberyard Project in the
Bozeman Midtown Urban Renewal District as an Urban Renewal Project; Making Findings
with Respect Thereto and Approving the Use of Tax Increment Revenues to Reimburse
Eligible Costs Thereof and Approving a Related Development Agreement(Fine)
Consider the Motion: Having considered public comment and all information presented, I move to
adopt Staff's findings in the Commission Memorandum and approve Resolution 5505.
K.4 Authorize the City Manager to sign the Grant Agreement with NeighborWorks Montana
in support of the Gallatin Housing Impact Fund(Fine)
Consider the Motion: I move to authorize the City Manager to sign the Gallatin Community Housing
Impact Fund Grant Agreement with Neighborworks Montana.
