The ordinance you are considering on urban camping/homeless encampments does not go far enough. Having
campers move every 5 days is ridiculous. If these people are not working our city streets are not a campground.
Most of the working people are in construction, they need to move to their job site. Crime is on the rise because of
this homeless problem. We should challenge this 9th circuit court decision. An unelected Judge can't be allowed to
force communities to undergo these costs and crime!
