RE: Eastlake Professional Center Subdivision Amended Plat
Dear City of Bozeman:
On behalf of our client, BZN Hotel 2 LLC, we are submitting the proposed amended plat under
Subdivision Exemption MCA 76-3-207(d), (f), for review for the proposed Lots 1A and 3A of
Eastlake Professional Center Subdivision. The intent of the amended plat is to aggregate lots 1
and 2 of the Eastlake Professional Center Subdivision into lot IA, and relocate the existing N-S
property line to match the proposed phases of the development. The project is located in the
SW1/4 of Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., City of Bozeman, Gallatin
County, Montana. Included in this submittal package are the following items:

Subdivision Exemption Application Fee of$200.00 to be Provided by check.
Municipal Facilities Exclusion is provided for City review and signatures. Please notify us upon
completion for submittal to DEQ. Please notify us to submit check for $120.00 processing fee.
