The intent of the amended plat is to aggregate lots 1 and 2 of the Eastlake Professional Center Subdivision into lot IA, and relocate the existing N-S property line to match the proposed phases of the development. The project is located in the SW1/4 of Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
