As a tax payer and long time resident of Bozeman I am disappointed about the people and trash all over the roads of
Bozeman and the lack of action in dealing with this problem.
The court ruling in Idaho does not make it OK or legal for people to have junk piled up on the sides of a road and to
create a public health hazard by using the side of the road as a bathroom while tax paying citizens get ticketed
for illegal parking, illegal dumping, dog off leash, public urination, and leaving a trailer parked on the side of the
road too long.
We are reaching a critical juncture with this issue. Please fight to keep Bozeman safe for its law abiding citizens.
