COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3054
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, REVISING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE ZONE CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission did, on the 3rd day of September 1991, adopt the
Bozeman Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, at the City Commission's direction, Planning staff has monitored its
hours and costs for processing various zoning applications; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission established a fee schedule to reflect the costs
incurred in processing zoning projects; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to District Court Order, deviations within the Neighborhood
Conservation Overlay District are subject to the hearing provisions of Chapter 18.56; and
WHEREAS, the fee schedule for processing deviations in the Neighborhood
Conservation Overlay District must be amended to reflect the same fee for processing other
applications under the hearing provisions of Chapter 18.56.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana:
SECTION I
That the fee for processing deviations within the Neighborhood Conservation
Overlay District is hereby increased from $75 to $180 for single-family residences and to
$300 for all other deviations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 17th day of April 1995.
