Mendenhall Street Suite 201 Bozeman, MT 59715 August 2nd, 2023 City of Bozeman Community Development Attn: Danielle Garber, Associate Planner RE: 23164 Ugly Onion Mixed Use Site Plan Comments - Revision 1 Danielle, The following drawings have been revised as follows: A00 – Sheet index has been updated with revised sheets, parking calculation have been revised per comment 29 A05 – Floor areas have been revised due to minor plan changes (See below A20, A21, A23) - Parking calculations have been revised per comment 29 and minor plan changes (See below A20, A21, A23) A10 – Sidewalk has been increased in width per comment 26 - Utility meters have been relocated per comment - The refuse enclosure door had been depicted to open 180 degrees per comment 9 A11 - Artwork on dumpster enclosure has been revised per comment 27 A20 - The small E-W wall in between grids 5 & 6 has been moved slightly. A21 - The small E-W wall in between grids 5 & 6 has been moved slightly. A23 - A window has been added per comment 33, and a portion of floor has been infilled in unit 2. A31 – artwork has been added per the new departure listed in response to comment 25, - A window has been added to remedy and dimensions have been added to clarify walls per comment 33 C0.0 – Note has been added per comment 21 C1.0 – Sidewalk has been revised per comment 26 - Fire service configuration has been revised per comment 20 C1.1 – Sidewalk has been revised per comment 26 E10 - Photometric plan and lighting fixtures have been revised C1.0 – Sidewalk has been revised per comment and fire service line routing has changed per comment 20 Additionally, the following documents have been revised or added: The Ugly Onion Site Plan Narrative - revised to include the additional departure request per comment 25 Stormwater, Water, & Sewer Summary – Revised in include professional engineers stamp and signature per comment 19 Lighting Fixture Cut Sheets – Revised with new proposed fixture CILWR Fee Determination – Added the determination by Griffin Nielsen per comment 22 Additional email correspondence – Added correspondence between the Applicant and Northwestern Energy, and city staff.
