A tract of land being Tract B of Certificate of Survey No. 415, located in the South-
west one -quarter of Section Twenty-seven, Township One South, Range Five East, Montana
Principal Meridian, Gallatin County, Montana and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears East a distance of 619.57 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Section Twenty-seven. Thence North 00' 54' 22" East a distance of
1400.00 feet. Thence South 89° 24' 13" East a distance of 702.00 feet. Thence South
000 54' 13" West a distance of 1189.98 feet. Thence West a distance of 514.71 feet.
Thence South a distance of 202.68 feet. Thence West a distance of 190.57 feet to the
point of beginning.
