Hi,
Thank you for hosting the open house to allow us to review and discuss the new development code. We appreciate all of the effort that went into creating the new code.
We own and reside in a property on S 9th and Dickerson (601 S 9th) that is currently split zoned between R4 and R2. Most of our block is currently R4. See images attached. Currently our garage is in the R4 zone and our house is in R2.
The new zoning map proposal maintains this split zoning between RA and RB. We are interested in unifying our property to be all RB to remove the ambiguity around what we are allowed to do on which parts of our property. We wereadvised now would be a good time to have this conversation before the new map is finalized.
Please let us know if this would be possible, and what the next steps would be.
