With respect to the meeting on 8/15/23, I’d like to offer my public support for the Lumberyard project. Housing is a
challenge, Affordable housing even more so, and it’s a terrifically thought out solution blending market rate housing
and federal LIHTC opportunities for the benefit of the wider Bozeman community. It would a tremendous for the
City to demonstrate its support and commitment to providing solutions to the local housing challenges by approving
