We purchased our home in Bozeman in 2014, with the intention of moving there once my husband retires. Prior to
purchasing in mixed use, I inquired as to STR and there wasn't anything required for STR. In 2017, when I was asked
to register, we did without hesitation. We are STR3 and will certainly keep our Main St condo if we cannot maintain
our license and we will no longer be paying our local manager and cleaner. Please allow those who were here first to
maintain our lic over boom in 2020.
