I would like to voice my opposition to any additional ordinances pertaining to short term rentals in the city of
Bozeman. As protected by our 5th amendment, restrictions placed on a property owner from realizing the highest
and best use of that property hinders economic growth and development and reduces freedoms inherent in our
society. We cannot excuse the negative impact on businesses and individuals i.e managers, cleaners, traveling
nurses etc. Our #one industry is still tourism.
