Dear Commissioners,
I am connecting with you to voice opposition to the idea of banning short term rentals in the
city limits. I know you are concerned about housing costs, as am I. However this approachwill not bring down the price of homes.
Banning short term rentals is an infringement on property rights and is a function of Marxism,
which can be summarized as the abolition of private property rights. I encourage you to rejectthis idea of banning short term rentals, and embrace ideas more conducive to protecting
private property rights and freedom.
