Dear City Commissioners, I understand the difficult situation presented by the rise in urban camping in our city. I am
happy that you are discussing it and looking for solutions. I am familiar with the major components of the ordinance
you are considering tonight and wonder what the goal is for a five night limit on staying in one location. What is the
purpose of asking them to move? Can it be achieved another way? It seems onerous and unproductive to me. Linda
