Please pass the ordinance restricting the time and place for city camping. We have people living near our parks,
schools, residences who do not pay taxes and we have no idea who they are. For all we know they may be sex
offenders who are living on the edge of the park. If someone is actually unable to find housing your proposal allows
a path for exemption . Everyone else who chooses to live out of a van or camper should move on.
